As a follow up to my flash fiction piece “The Sleep Seller“, I’m posting some pictures I took at the Louvre one evening. I’ll be posting my next flash fiction story in a few days. Until then…

So, so beautiful. Great pictures, Paul. I love this one: Statue funéraire de Marguerite Valon. Gorgeous.
Since it is the evening before Thanksgiving (my time), I want to give thanks that I had a chance to see this amazing museum not just once, but four times in the four years I was there. I am also grateful for this post — there are some things I saw that are pictured here, but not everything. And there is always at least one significant section that seems to be closed every year! One could live in that museum for a year and still not see everything, I think.
I am looking forward to the fiction, and am glad that things have been so productive for you.
xx
Karin
Thanks for the props on the pics! I took them that one night I went as a “Friend of the Louvre” and you went on a scavenger hunt and then we met up later. There’s always something new every time I go as well!
The fiction will be up tomorrow…
See you in the streets,
Paris Paul
